At the AI personalization webinar we promised a free mini audit: one customer journey mapped, five opportunities, a 30-day plan and an offer. So on 1 October we registered on given.lv with a personal Gmail address, said yes to email news and left an Opla necklace in the cart. Four days later the account showed 50 GIVEN Plus points worth €5, a Silver tier and everything we had looked at. The inbox held a confirmation, a login link and one sale campaign. Personalization is what closes that gap: every email below uses data GIVEN already has.
Test account registered on 1 October 2026 with a personal Gmail address, email news switched on. Inbox read and live site checked on 5 October. Times are Riga time.
Each product card shows its GIVEN Plus points. Almost every ring we saw was 30 to 35% off.
Strong startThe thank-you says wait for news
. No pop-up, no mention of points.
Confirm your email, in Latvian, one button. The account then shows 50 points.
ArrivedPlus 75 points and 0% instalments of €6.25 a month. Left unbought.
WaitingUp to 35% off, Teacher's Day, a new collection and GIVEN Plus, in Russian.
GenericNo welcome, no cart reminder, and the 50 points never mentioned.
Nothing sent
Today: one footer form with no incentive, and a thank-you that says wait for news
.

We checked given.lv live on 5 October, logged in to the test account, with the network panel open on two product pages. We also read the live Tag Manager container and Klaviyo's public form settings.
Today: a confirm-email message, then a sale campaign the next day. The 50 points never come up.
Every mock uses only data our account already had: points, tier, expiry, cart, recently viewed and language. Our reader is renamed Anna. Copy is shown in Latvian; for this reader it would go out in Russian.
×1 € = 1 punkts, 10 punkti = 1 € atlaide. Un jaunumi, akcijas un dāvanu idejas e-pastā.
Lai sūtām tikai to, kas Tev noder.
Tajā būs Tavi punkti, Tavs līmenis un mūsu dāvanu ceļvedis.
Turpināt iepirktiesToday: no cart reminder arrived during the four days of our test. The necklace is still in the cart.
Paldies, ka reģistrējies. Tavā kontā jau ir punkti, un tos var izmantot jau pirmajā pirkumā.

Today: the 2 October email told four stories, identically, to every subscriber.
Punkti, līmenis un datumi vienuviet.

Today: points on every product card and none in the inbox, while almost every product we saw was 30 to 35% off.
Data comes first, because a cart reminder that never learns about the cart can never send. Everything after it reuses what the shop and GIVEN Plus already hold.
Audit Klaviyo and GA4. Add points, tier, expiry and birthday to the profile sync. Route product, cart and order events through Tag Manager or Segment.
Opportunities 1 and 2: the GIVEN Plus pop-up and the welcome, in Latvian and Russian.
Opportunity 3: cart and browse reminders with points, instalments and the cart's own suggestions.
Opportunities 4 and 5: the first personalized campaign and the monthly points update. Day 30 read-out with real numbers.
After day 30: birthdays and name days, post-purchase care with tier discounts, and personalization on the site itself. If GIVEN wants that beyond what Klaviyo does, Bloomreach is a natural phase two.
450 points is €450 of jewellery. That's the distance between a new member and Zelta. Telling each member how close they are, and what the next tier gives them, is what personalized email is for.
Welcome flows, cart recovery and seasonal gifting campaigns, built and run by the team that would build GIVEN's.

Give us read access to Klaviyo and GA4, plus GIVEN Plus member counts by tier. We'll put a euro figure on each of the five opportunities and confirm the 30-day plan. Access also answers what we couldn't see from outside:

This is the free mini audit we promised at the AI personalization webinar. It was built from a test account we registered on 1 October, the emails it received over four days, and the live site on 5 October. Happy to walk you through it.
Illustrative concept by scandiweb, not affiliated with or endorsed by GIVEN, Given Latvia, SIA or Grenardi Group. Findings come from a test account registered on given.lv on 1 October 2026 with a personal Gmail address, the three emails it received up to 5 October 2026, and the live site, Google Tag Manager container and Klaviyo public form settings checked on 5 October 2026. The 2 October campaign is shown as received; the inbox view is a recreation of the same three emails. The points balance, tier, expiry date, benefits, cart and recently viewed pieces are those of our test account. The pop-up and the five emails are concept designs with Latvian copy written by scandiweb. The name "Anna" and all concept subject lines are placeholders. Product names, prices, points and imagery are taken from given.lv on 5 October 2026.
